Dans Hyl\u00e9, Emilie Arfeuil a fabriqu\u00e9 un monde merveilleux peupl\u00e9 de chim\u00e8res, o\u00f9 il est presque impossible de distinguer les entit\u00e9s vivantes des non-vivantes, les organiques des min\u00e9rales ou des cosmiques.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9v\u00e9lation photographique est comme invers\u00e9e dans le processus cr\u00e9atif : dans l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 totale, elle peint et enlumine corps et v\u00e9g\u00e9taux pour les r\u00e9v\u00e9ler progressivement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pigments sensibles aux rayons UV. La nouvelle mati\u00e8re prend progressivement forme et sort du noir. Dans une perception utopique de l\u2019humain dans son rapport \u00e0 la nature, Hyl\u00e9 sublime et remet au visible les corps de personnes invisibilis\u00e9es, dont le genre, la sexualit\u00e9 ou la norme esth\u00e9tique \u00e9chappent ici au tangible et \u00e0 toute cat\u00e9gorisation. Le mythe est ici utilis\u00e9 comme un acte politique, non moins pour d\u00e9voiler que pour transformer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et rendre visible un nouvel \u00ab ordre \u00bb de la nature qui en accueillerait le \u00ab d\u00e9sordre \u00bb, et en r\u00e9v\u00e9ler toute sa beaut\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ces \u00ab\u00a0sublimations thermiques\u00a0\u00bb, sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans des coffrets en verre dichro\u00efque, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur mesure par l\u2019artiste vitrailliste Cindy Gatimel. Faites main, les oeuvres changent de couleur et d\u2019opacit\u00e9, invitant le spectateur \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer pour en d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rentes facettes.
